Liquida – Independent Brewery

A discovery near the Vallette di Ostellato, between Ferrara and Comacchio (Lucio Dalla sang “… between Ferrara and the Moon”) where you really least expect it. Liquida is a project born from the molecular cohesion of 4 young people with a common goal: to make beer and make it better and better!
The name is inspired by the very concept of liquid, first of all for its direct link with the state of beer as a fluid body, in evolution, in growth, which retains its volume but which tends to take the shape of the container in which it is placed.
Liquida is dynamism and passion, resourcefulness and meticulousness, it is change, mutation and transformation, it is the refinement that will give the “container” the most disparate and ingenious forms.
